Etude technique et technico-commerciale d’un batiment en "RDC+18 étages+03 sous-sols et un étage mezzanine" avec un système de contreventement "murs porteurs"

Abstract

Ce document consiste en l’étude technique et technico-commerciale d’une structure à usage multiple (parking, local technique, habitation) composée du rez de chaussée+18 étages avec 3 sous-sols+ 1 étage mezzanine. L’ouvrage est implanté à Oran qui est considéré zone sismique IIa. La sécurité vis-à-vis des actions verticales et horizontales est assurée par un système de contreventement murs porteurs. L’étude technique a été établie conformément aux règles algériennes en vigueur (RPA99/2003, CBA 93, BAEL91/99) et se divise en : - La présentation de l’ouvrage, le pré dimensionnement et la descente de charge ; - L’étude des éléments qui ne participent pas à la résistance de la structure (balcon, acrotère, escaliers) ; - L’analyse dynamique réalisée avec le logiciel ROBOT version 2023 et l’étude des éléments structuraux (plancher, poutres d’extrémité, voiles) ; - L’étude de l’infrastructure qui a abouti à une fondation de type radier nervuré. L’étude technico-commerciale vient clôturer le travail, détaillant le métré, le planning d’exécution puis l’étude de prix. Elle a été réalisée à l’aide des logiciels MS PROJECT2013 et CYPE2017.

ABSTRACT This document consists of the technical and technical-commercial study of a multi-purpose structure (parking, technical room, dwelling) composed of the ground floor + 18 stages with 3 basements + 1 mezzanine floor. The structure is located in Oran, which is considered seismic zone « IIa ». Safety against vertical and horizontal actions is ensured by a load-bearing wall system. The technical study was established in accordance with the algerian rules in force (RPA99/2003, CBA 93, BAEL91/99) and is divided into: - presentation of the structure, pre-sizing and load descent; - study of non resistants elements (balcony, acroter, stairs); - dynamic analysis made with « ROBOT software version 2023 » and study of the structural elements (solid slab, end beams, sails); - The study of infrastructure that resulted in a « ribbed radier » type foundation. The technical-commercial study closes the work, detailing measurements, execution schedule and then the price study. It was carried out using MS PROJECT2013 and CYPE2017 software. الملخص تتكون هذه الوثيقة من الدراسة الفنية التجارية لعمارة متعدد الاستخدامات )موقف سيارات ، محلات تقنية وسكنات( تتكون العمارة من طابق أرضي + 18طابق علوي مع 3 قبو + طابق نصفي مخصص للمجال التجاري. تقع العمارة في مدينة وهران التي تعتبر المنطقة الزلزالية IIa. يتم ضمان السلامة المنشا في مواجهة الاحمال الرأسية والأفقية المتمثلة في الاحمال الزلزالية واحمال الكتلية من خلال نظام دعامة للجدران الحاملة تم إعداد هذه الدراسة تقنية و الفنية وفقًا للقواعد الجزائرية المعمول بها (RPA99 / 2003 ، CBA 93 ، BAEL91 / 99) والتي تنقسم إلى: عرض المنشأ الأبعاد المسبقة وتوزيع الاحمال ؛ - دراسة العناصر التي لا تساهم في مقاومة المنشأ )الشرفة ، الحاجز والسلالم(؛ - التحليل الزلزالي والديناميكي للمنشأ الذي تم إجراؤه باستخدام برنامج ROBOT 2023 ودراسة العناصرالهيكلية (الأرضية ، الحزم الطرفية وجدران القص) ؛ - دراسة البنية التحتية التي نتج عنها أساس نوع بلاطة مضلعة.. تكمل الدراسة التجارية عملنى المنجز حول هذه البناية وتفصل الكميات الجدول الزمني للتنفيذ ثم دراسة السعر. تم تنفيذ هذه الدراسة باستخدام برنامجي MS PROJECT2013 و CYPE2017.
