تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع التربص الميداني لطلبة قسم التدريب الرياضي المقبلين على التخرج. وذلك من وجهة نظر الطلبة المتربصين (ثالثة ليسانس والثانية ماستر). ولهذا طرحنا التساؤل العام ياترى كيف هو واقعا لتربص الميداني لطلبة المعهد؟
ولهذا الغرض افترضنا بأن هنا كمعوقات تواجه الطالب المتربص في إنجاح تربصه الميداني. ومن أجل التأكد من مدى تحقق هذا الفرض وصحته استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح حيث قمنا بإعداد استبيان وقدم إلى كل الطلبة المتربصين (سنة ثالثة ليسانس والثانية ماستر تدريب رياضي اختصاص تحضير بدني)وقدر عددهم بـ (49)طالب وطالبة أي بنسبة (92.45%)، وبعد جمع الاستبيان وتفريغه حصلنا على مجموعة من النتائج حيث تمت معالجتها إحصائيا بمختلف الوسائل الإحصائية مع استخدام نظام المعالجة (18SPSS.) من بين أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هناك عدة عراقيل تقف أمام تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من وراء عملية التربص الميداني،ومن بينها نقص الوسائل والمنشآت بنوادي التطبيق واشتراك مجموعة من المدربين في مساحة واحدة بالإضافة عدم شعور بعض الرياضيين بالمسؤولية أثناء الحصص التدريبية وكذلك نقص وعدم كفاية حجم ومدة الحصص التدريبية المخصصة لهم.
The study aims at identifying the reality of field training for students of the faculty of Physical Education (P E) and Sports, specializing in sports training, for students of third year bachelor’s degree and second year master students. This is from the students’ point of view. For this reason, we asked a general question: Are there any obstacles facing the stalker student to make his field stalk successful?
For this purpose, we assumed -hypothesized- that there are obstacles facing the trainee student for being successful in traineeship field. In order to ascertain the extent to which this hypothesis was achieved and its validity, we used the descriptive approach using the survey method, where we prepared a questionnaire and submitted it to all trainee students (third year of a bachelor’s degree and second year master’s degree in sports training, specializing in physical preparation), and their number was estimated at (49) male and female students, i.e. (92.45%). After collecting and emptying the questionnaire, we obtained a set of results that were treated statistically by different statistical means with the use of the treatment system (18SPSS). In the application clubs, the participation of a group of trainers in one space, in addition to the lack of some athletes’ sense of responsibility during the training sessions, as well as the lack and inadequacy of the size and duration of the training sessions allocated to them.
