Etude d’une structure en Béton Armé à usage d’habitation composée de Rez-De-Chaussée et douze Étages avec Sous-Sol

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation constitué de sous-sol, un Rez-de chaussée et 12 étages, implanté dans la wilaya de MOSTAGANEM, classé selon le (RPA 99 version 2003) comme une zone de moyenne sismicité (zone IIa). Cette étude se compose de sept chapitres : La première c’est la présentation générale du projet, la deuxième c’est le prédimensionnement de la structure et la descente des charges, La troisième pour l’étude des plancher, Le quatrième a été consacrée aux éléments secondaires (les escaliers, poutrelles, balcons et l’acrotère), La cinquième chapitre : L’étude dynamique et sismique de la structure, Et le sixième chapitre comprend le ferraillage des différents éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles), et le septième chapitre pour l’étude de l’infrastructure (Libages, Radier, voile périphérique). Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91modifiée99 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003. This study is made up of seven chapters: The first is the general presentation of the project, the second is the pre-dimensioning of the structure and the descent of the loads, The third for the study of the floors, The fourth was devoted to the secondary elements (stairs, beams, balconies and the acroterion), The fifth chapter: The dynamic and seismic study of the structure, And the sixth chapter includes the reinforcement of the various resistant elements of the structure (posts, beams, piers) , and the seventh chapter for the study of the infrastructure (Libages, Radier, peripheral pier). This, taking into account the recommendations of the BAEL91modified99 and the Algerian anti-seismic regulations RPA 99/2003.
