dc.description.abstract In order to reveal the best traitement for the microtuberisation, the explants of Solanum tuberosum L. variety of Spunta have been cultivated in Muraching and Skoog medium without the regulator growth. The first transplant presents the phase of micropropagation to resolute enough healthy quantity of vitroplants. Later on, we have study the microtuberisation of the variety Spunta into three types of photopériode; the 12 PthP hours, 16 Pth Phours, and the total obscurity in order to get vitrotubercules. The photopériode have influenced the microtuberisation and of course its efffect was clearly observed for weight, the calibre, and and the nomber of microtubercules in a way that the photoperiode of 12PthPhours have given the best results, then the 16PthPhours of photoperiod’s results but the results in the total obscurity was so weak en_US
