Abstract

In the first part of our dissertation, in the first chapter, we analyzed the references on lichenology, in fact lichens are original organisms born of symbiosis between algae and fungus . It is classified from fungi. In the second chapter, we talked about pollution in general in a small introduction, then atmospheric pollution and sources of pollution, and finally an overview of heavy metals and the contribution of lead to air pollution. In the third chapter, we presented the region of Mostaganem , the municipality of Sidi Lakhdar, and the forest of Bou Rahma. So that the forests of Sidi Lakhdar and Bou Rahma were the places from which we took some types of lichens. We talked about soil, vegetation and climatic factors. We also talked about the geographical location of Oran and its regional climate. In the experimental section, we talked in the first chapter about the coast. And by way of work, tools and reagents that helped us in completing this note. In the second chapter, we put our results in a table of lichen inventory in the Mostaganem region, based on the samples that we took from the Sidi Lakhdar forest and the Bou Rahma forest in the eastern province of Mostaganem, and thus we were able to identify 14 species. 11 plant species and three soil types. Divided into 11 genera and 8 families. We also calculated the ratio of fresh matter to dry matter, and we also calculated the average percentage of lead accumulation of the two types at the level of 13 sites in the state of Oran, based on the results oflichen cultivation from a study conducted by Mrs. Yasmina from Bendaykha in 2017.
