- اظﻬرت ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ اﻟﺒﺤث ﻋﻠﻰ وﺠود ﻓروق ذات دﻻﻟﺔ إﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﺒﻴن ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ اﻻﺨﺘﺒﺎر اﻟﻘﺒﻠﻲ واﻟﺒﻌدي
ﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ اﻟﺒﺤث ﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ اﻻﺨﺘﺒﺎر اﻟﺒﻌدي ﻓﻲ اﺨﺘﺒﺎ ارت اﻟﻤروﻨﺔ ﻟدى طﻠﺒﺔاﻟﺴﻨﺔ اوﻟﻰ.
ﺤﻘق اﻟﺒرﻨﺎﻤﺞ اﻟﺘدرﻴﺒﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺘرح اﻟﻤطﺒق ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺠﻤوﻋﺔ اﻟﺘﺠرﻴﺒﻴﺔ زﻴﺎدة ﻤﻌﻨوﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﻗﻴﺎﺴﺎت
اختبارات اﻟﻤروﻨﺔ ﺒﻌد ﺘطﺒﻴﻘﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ طﻠﺒﺔ ﺘﺨﺼص اﻟﺠﻤﺒﺎز اﻟﺤرﻛﺎت اﻻرﻀﻴﺔ .
This study aims to know the impact of training units on the development
of flexibility among first-year students, and the study aims to prepare a
proposed training program to develop the flexibility component of first
year students in gymnastics scale and to identify the impact of training
units in the development of the flexibility component between tribal and
remote testing of the experimental and officer group, and we discussed in
the theoretical background of this study the characteristic of flexibility
and gymnastics and used in this study the experimental curriculum, and
the sample of the study consisted of students The first year of a joint stem
of the University of Mostaghanem, and to collect data, flexible physical
tests and training units were used. After analysing previous studies and
comparing them to our subject, we reached the following conclusions.
- The results of the research showed that there are statistically significant
differences between the results of the tribal and remote test of the
research sample in favor of the remote test in the flexibility tests in first
year students.
The proposed training program applied to the pilot group achieved a
moral increase in all flexibility test measurements after applying it to
students of gymnastics and ground movements.
