Abstract

ﻋﻧﻭﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺗﻣﺣﻭﺭ ﺣﻭﻝ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻠﻳﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺁﻻﻡ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﻬﺎﺏ ﻟﺩﻯ

ﻣﺭﺿﻰ ﺧﺷﻭﻧﺔ ﻣﻔﺻﻝ ﺍﻟﺭﻛﺑﺔ.

ﺗﻬﺩﻑ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﺃﺛﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻠﻳﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺁﻻﻡ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﻬﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﻟﺩﻯ ﻣﺭﺿﻰ ﺧﺷﻭﻧﺔ ﻣﻔﺻﻝ ﺍﻟﺭﻛﺑﺔ ، ﺍﻟﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﺭﻳﺽ ﻭﺍﺣﺩ ﻣﺻﺎﺏ ﺑﻣﺭﺽ ﺧﺷﻭﻧﺔ ﻣﻔﺻﻝ ﺍﻟﺭﻛﺑﺔ ﺍﺧﺫ ﻋﻠﻰ

ﺟﺎﻧﺏ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺗﻡ ﻓﻳﻪ ﺍﻟﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﺿﻳﺔ.

ﺍﺳﺗﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻟﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺑﺣﺛﻪ ﻣﻘﻳﺎﺱ ﻭﻭﻣﺎﻙ ﻟﻘﻳﺎﺱ ﺍﻷﻟﻡ WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index ﺍﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺑﺭﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﻋﻼﺟﻲ ﻣﺎﺋﻲ ﻣﻘﺗﺭﺡ ﻳﻬﺩﻑ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻠﻳﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺭﻛﺑﺔ.

ﻭ ﻣﻥ ﺃﻫﻡ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻧﺗﺎﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻭﺻﻠﻧﺎ ﺇﻟﻳﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺑﺭﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺟﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺋﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺗﺭﺡ ﻗﺩ ﺃﺛﺭ ﺇﻳﺟﺎﺑﻳﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻠﻳﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺁﻻﻡ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﻬﺎﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺭﻛﺑﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺳﺗﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﻠﻳﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﺩﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺔ.

Le titre de l'étude, qui porte sur le rôle de l'hydrothérapie dans

la réduction des douleurs inflammatoires chez les patients

souffrant d'arthrose du genou .

L’objectif de l’étude porte sur la réduction des douleurs

inflammatoires chez les malades atteints de la gonarthrose en

se basant sur l’hydrothérapie.

Le cas choisit pour l’étude est un malade atteint de gonarthrose, pris en charge au niveau du centre de rééducation fonctionnelle à Hassi mameche ; Mostaganem.

Dans sa recherche, l'étudiant a utilisé l'indice d'arthrose WOMAC, en plus d'un programme d'hydrothérapie proposé visant à réduire la douleur au genou.

L’approche expérimentale a été choisit pour cette étude, où cette dernière a été divisée en un aspect théorique et un aspect pratique dans lequel l'hypothèse a été validée.

The aim of the study is to reduce inflammatory pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis based on hydrotherapy. The case chosen for the study is a patient with knee osteoarthritis, treated at the functional rehabilitation center in Hassi mameche; Mostaganem. In his research, the student used the WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index, in addition to a proposed hydrotherapy program aimed at reducing knee pain. The experimental approach was chosen for this study, where it was divided into a theoretical aspect and a practical aspect in which the hypothesis was validated.
