Résumé:
Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment de forme irrégulière à usage
d’habitation et commercial de sous-sol, un rez de chaussée +10 étages, implanté dans
la wilaya de Oran. Cette étude se compose :
- la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des
éléments du bâtiment, Ensuite le pré dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la
descente des charges.
- consacrée aux éléments secondaires (l’escalier, balcon, poutrelles, dalles pleines et
l’acrotère).
- L’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par Robot
afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges
permanente, d’exploitation et charge sismique).
- comprend le ferraillage des différents éléments résistants de la structure (fondation,
poteaux, poutres et voiles).
Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91, modifiée99 et des
règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003.

هذا المشروع يقدم دراسة مفصلة لمبنى غير منتظم الشكل يستخدم للسكن والتجارة، يتألف من طابق سفلي،
طابق أرضي و10 طوابق، موجود في والية وهران. تتكون الدراسة من:
وصف عام للمشروع مع عرض للجوانب المعمارية لعناصر المبنى، ومن ثم البُعد ال ُمسبق للهيكل
توزيع األحمال.
وأخيراً
مكرسة للعناصر الثانوية )الساللم، الشُرفات، األعمدة، بالطة انضغاط ، وجدار االمان(.
تم بدء دراسة الديناميكا الهيكلية في الجزء الثالث باستخدام برنامج Robot لتحديد التحميالت المختلفة
نتيجة التحميالت )األحمال الدائمة، واالستغاللية، والحمل الزلزالي(.
تشمل تسليح العناصر المقاومة المختلفة في الهيكل )األساسات، األعمدة، الروافد ، والجدران(
وذلك مع مراعاة توصيات BAEL91 ،المعدلة 99 ولوائح الزالزل الجزائرية 2003/99 RPA
Summary
This project presents a detailed study of an irregularly shaped building used for
residential and commercial purposes, comprising a basement, ground floor, and 10
floors, located in the wilaya of Oran. This study consists of:
a general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural
aspects of the building elements, followed by the preliminary design of the
structure and finally the distribution of loads.
dedicated to secondary elements (stairs, balconies, beams, solid slabs, and
parapets).
The dynamic study of the structure was initiated in the third part using Robot
to determine the various stresses due to loads (permanent loads, operational
loads, and seismic loads).
includes the reinforcement of various structural elements (foundations,
columns, beams, and walls). This is done while considering the
recommendations of BAEL91, modified99, and Algerian seismic regulations
RPA 99/2003.
