Abstract

من خلال دراستنا لموضوع مكافحة الجرائم البيئية في التشريع البيئي، استنادا الى قانون رقم 03 - 10 مؤرخ في 19 جمادى الأولى عام 1424 الموافق 19 يوليو سنة2003، يتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة، وقوانين الخاصة رامية لحماية مختلف الأوساط البيئية، حاولنا التطرق لموضوع البيئة من خلال الهياكل المادية والبشرية المساهمة في حماية هذا القطاع الحيوي وتضمينه بنصوص القانونية التي اقرها المشرع. Through our study of the topic of combating environmental crimes in environmental legislation, based on Law No. 03-10 dated 19 Jumada Al-Awwal 1424 corresponding to 19 July 2003, which concerns the protection of the environment within the framework of sustainable development, and special laws aimed at protecting various environmental contexts, we attempted to address the issue of the environment through the physical and human structures contributing to the protection of this vital sector and incorporating it into the legal texts enacted by the legislature
