Résumé:
This preliminary work which was the subject of an “eco-bacteriological and enzymatic study of the wetlands (Macta) allowed us to isolate and screen 3 bacterial strains belonging to different families those of them endowed with a fairly distinctive “Amylolytic, Cellulolytic, Pectinolytic” polysaccarolytic enzymatic activity.
The measurements of physicochemical parameters such as T°, pH, EC, were monitored.
The bacteriological characterization as well as the confirmation of the purity of the isolated strains were controlled based on their morphological characters (colonial appearance) as well as the classic microscopic examinations "fresh examination" and "gram staining" then they were been identified by biochemical tests and enzymatic tests.
As well as exposing the bacteria to ultraviolet light, which caused them to change, and we noticed changes in some of them in their respiratory type and the use of molecules like citrate. Other tests must be developed to understand the functioning and resistance of microorganisms in humid areas.
