Etude d'un bloc en béton armé (s/sol + rdc-10) à usage multiple structure en voiles porteurs

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude du bâtiment bloc à usage commercial et d’habitation, composé d'un sous-sol et Rez de chaussée +10 étages.Contreventé par des voiles porteurs et implanté à Mostaganem Le bâtiment est implanté dans une zone sismique zone IIa selon le règlement parasismique Algérien en vigueur (RPA 99 V 2003) L’étude technique a été établie conformément aux règles algériennes en vigueur (RPA99/2003, CBA 93, BAEL91/99) et se divise en : - Description général du projet ; le pré dimensionnement et la descente de charge - Etude des éléments non structuraux - Etude dynamique de la structure par logiciel ROBOT Version 2023 - En fin l’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (planchers, voiles, radier général) Mots clés : Bâtiment, Ferraillage, Séisme, Eléments porteurs, Eléments secondaires. 4 ملخص يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة للكتلة البنائية لالستخدام التجاري والسكني المكونة من طابق سفلي وطابق أرضي + 01 طوابق. مدعومة بأشرعة حاملة وتقع في مستغانم يقع المبنى في المنطقة الزلزال( المنطقةIIa (حسب األنظمة الزلزالية الجزائرية المعمول بها )2003 V 99 RPA( تم إعداد الدراسة الفنية وفقا للقواعد الجزائرية المعمول بها ,RPA99/2003( : إلى وينقسم( CBA 93, BAEL91/99 - الوصف العام للمشروع وإعطاء األبعاد األولية للعناصر - دراسة العناصر التي ال تساهم في مقاومة المنشأ - الدراسة الديناميكية للمنشأ باستخدام برنامج 2023 ROBOT - دراسة االجزاء المقاومة للبناية .(الجدران المسلحة واالساسات) كلمات البحث :البناء، التقوية، زلزال، عناصر تحمل العناصر الثانوية 5 ABSTRACT This project presents a study of the building block for commercial and residential use, consisting of a basement and ground floor + 10 floors.
