ﻫدﻓت الدراسة إﻟﻰ ﻤﻌرﻓﺔ ﻤدى إﺴﻬﺎﻤﺎت اﻟﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﺘروﻴﺤﻲ اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﻤﺴﺘوى
اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻝ اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻟدى أﺴﺎﺘذة اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴم اﻟﻤﺘوﺴط .
ﻤﺴﺘﻌﻴﻨﺎ ﺒﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﻗدرت ب 256 أﺴﺘﺎذ ﻤوزﻋﻴن إﻟﻰ ﻤﺠﻤوﻋﺘﻴن إﺤداﻫﻤﺎ 128 أﺴﺘﺎذ
ﻤﻤﺎرﺴﻴن ﻟﻠﻨﺸﺎط اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻲ اﻟﺘروﻴﺤﻲ و اﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ اﻟﺜﺎﻨﻴﺔ 128 أﺴﺘﺎذ ﻻ ﻴ ازوﻟون أي ﻨﺸﺎط
رﻴﺎﻀﻲ و ﺘم اﺴﺘﺨدام اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ اﻟوﺼﻔﻲ ﻤﺴﺘﻌﻴﻨﺎ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺒﻴﺎن اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻝ اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ .
وﻋﻠﻴﻪ اﻓﺘرض اﻟطﺎﻟب ـﺄﻨﻪ ﻴﺘﻤﻴز اﻷﺴﺎﺘذة اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺴﻴن ﻟﻠﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﺘروﻴﺤﻲ اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻲ ﻤﺴﺘوى
اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻝ اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎع ﻤرﺘﻔﻊ أﻤﺎ ﻏﻴر اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺴﻴن ﻴﺘﻤﻴزون ﺒﻤﺴﺘوى ﻤﻨﺨﻔض إﻟﻰ ﻤﺘوﺴط
ﻤن ﻤﺴﺘوى اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻝ اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ. واﻟﻔرﻀﻴﺔ اﻟﺜﺎﻨﻴﺔ ﺘوﺠد ﻓروق ذات دﻻﻟﺔ إﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻋﻨد
ﻤﺴﺘوى اﻟدﻻﻟﺔ ( α≤ 0.05) ﻤﺴﺘوى اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻝ اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴن اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺴﻴن وﻏﻴر اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺴﻴن
ﻟﻠﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﺘروﻴﺤﻲ اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻲ. وﻛﺎﻨت أﻫم اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﻴﺘﻤﻴز اﻷﺴﺎﺘذة اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺴﻴن ﻟﻠﻨﺸﺎط
اﻟﺘروﻴﺤﻲ اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻲ ﻤﺴﺘوى اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻝ اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻤرﺘﻔﻌﺔ أﻤﺎ ﻏﻴر اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺴﻴن ﻴﺘﻤﻴزون
ﺒﻤﺴﺘوى ﻤﺘوﺴط ﻤﺴﺘوى اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻝ اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ.
وﻗد ﺘﻤت اﻻﺴﺘﻌﺎﻨﺔ ﺒﺎﻟوﺴﺎﺌﻝ اﻹﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ :
- اﻟﻤﺘوﺴطﺎت اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺒﻴﺔ .
- اﺨﺘﺒﺎر ﻤﺎن وﺘﻨﻲ ( u ) ﻟﻌﻴﻨﺘﻴن ﻤﺴﺘﻘﻠﺘﻴن و اﺨﺘﺒﺎر (ت) ﺘﺴﺘﻴودﻨت ﻟﻌﻴﻨﺘﻴن
ﻤﺴﺘﻘﻠﺘﻴن. اﺨﺘﺒﺎر ﻟﻴﻔﻴن ( levene ) ﻟﺤﺴﺎب اﻟﺘﺠﺎﻨس .ﻤﻌﺎﻤﻝ اﻻرﺘﺒﺎط ﺒﻴرﺴون .
وﻗد ﺘﻤت اﻟﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ اﻹﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺨدام ﺒرﻨﺎﻤﺞ اﻟﺤزم اﻹﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻠوم اﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ

Summary of the research:
Study Title: The Contributions of Recreational Sports Activity
to the Development of Social Interaction Level Among College
Teachers
The study aimed to determine to what extent recreational sports
activity contributes to the development of social interaction
among college teachers. We used a sample estimated at 256
teachers divided into two groups, one consisting of 128 teachers
engaged in recreational sports activities, and the second sample
composed of 128 teachers not engaged in any sports activities.
The study utilized a descriptive approach, supported by a social
interaction questionnaire.
The hypothesis was that teachers who engage in recreational
sports activities have a higher level of social interaction compared
to non-practitioners, who are assumed to have a low to moderate
level of social interaction. The second hypothesis stated that there
are statistically significant differences at a significance level
(0.05≥α) in social in teraction between practitioners and non-
practitioners of recreational sports activities. The most significant
findings indicate that teachers who engage in recreational sports
activities have a high level of social interaction, whereas non-
practitioners have a moderate level of social interaction.
The following statistical methods were employed: arithmetic
means, Mann-Whitney U test for two independent samples,
Student's t-test for two independent samples, and Levene's test to
assess the homogeneity of Bearson correlation coefficient.
Statistical analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package
for the Social Sciences (SPSS25).
