Résumé:
The richness of Algeria's flora no longer needs to be demonstrated. Like other areas, Western Algeria and in particular the Mostaganem region is characterized by a flora particularly rich in medicinal plants. The preservation of this plant biomass constitutes a crucial issue on a national scale.
In this work we have a phytochemical study; as well as the extraction of essential oils from the aerial parts of Rosmarinus officinalis and Capparis spinosa; ziziphus lotus; and vegetable oils of salvia hispanica and Seseli montanum with two methods; steam entrainment and soxhlet extraction. The aim of our study is to obtain a good yield of oils extracted from different parts of plants (leaves, roots, grains).
The results obtained are respectively: 0.12% for Rosemary, and 15.68% and 26.34% for salvia hispanica and seseli montanum.
