Abstract

Through the study we have researched what wages are in the economic enterprise, and the study has explored and presented the most important concepts of wages, and the most prominent elements of them, in order to achieve this we have done this research by dividing the study into two chapters. Chapter 1is to cover the theoretical aspects of the topic. Chapter2 through the field study of theoretical concepts of wages and the accounting and compulsory treatment of wages by projecting them at the Construction Works Corporation at its various stages (GuelouhAdjal).
