Résumé:
This study aims at proposing alternative solutions based on the use of natural products « bio
pesticides of vegetal origins ». In this context, we have evaluated the insecticidal activity of
méthanoïque of plant Mentha peperita on Aphis spiraecola. The extraction of the crops (soxhlet
method) obtained by the methanoïque extract are 8.16% for Mentha piperita. These extracts were
tested by direct contact or toxicity spray method. The biological test on the insect « Aphis
spiraecola » which have a mortality rate a remarkable of 100% of this insect 3th days a
concentration 50%. The plant require LD50 exceeding 24,28% and 47,14% exceeds LD90 to kill 50
and 90 % of treated insects. These results indicate that the méthanoïque extracts remains the most
effective for insecticidal activity.
