The oversight function is considered one of the most important actions that can correct administrative work for fear and prevent the administration from arbitrarinessandaggression,especiallyifitisexercisedbyanotherandneutral party, which may be embodied by parliamentary oversight and judicial oversight oftheadministration’swork.Ourscopehereisexceptionalcases,andtoknow themeaningandeffects of thesecases.Theadministrativework thatcanbe carried out under it, along with the feasibility of oversight over it. This research reflects the definition of the concepts of exceptional cases, administrative work,
and parliamentary and judicial oversight over them, as well as explaining how theyarepracticed,theirmechanisms,andtheirlimits.
