Résumé:
Ce mémoire modeste porte sur l'étude technique d'un bâtiment en R+12 et sous-sol en béton
armé. Ce bâtiment est situé dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, en Algérie. La région est classée en
zone sismique IIA selon les normes du Règlement Parasismique Algérien (RPA99/V2003).
Avant la réalisation de ce projet, une étude géotechnique a été menée pour évaluer les
caractéristiques du sol, la contrainte admissible et la profondeur d'ancrage requise.
Après une analyse sismique approfondie. Le dimensionnement et le ferraillage des éléments
structuraux et non structuraux, ainsi que l'infrastructure, ont été réalisés en respectant les
prescriptions du RPA 99 version 2003 et du CBA 93.

Abstract
This modest dissertation concerns the technical study of a building in R+12 and 1 basements in
reinforced concrete. This building is located in the wilaya of Mostaganem, Algeria. The region
is classified in seismic zone IIA according to the standards of the Algerian Seismic Regulation
(RPA99/V2003).
Before carrying out this project, a geotechnical study was carried out to evaluate the soil
characteristics, the allowable stress and the required anchoring depth.
After a thorough seismic analysis. The sizing and reinforcement of the structural and nonstructural elements, as well as the infrastructure, were carried out in compliance with the
requirements of RPA 99 version 2003 and CBA 93.
