تتمحور دراستنا حول دور المنصات الرقمية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي (منصة موودلوبروغراس نموذجا) وعالجنا الإشكالية الآتية ما هو دور المنصات الرقمية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي من خلال منصتين موودلوبروغراس ؟ ومنه الإجابة على الأسئلة الفرعية:
- ما هي مجالات استخدام الطالب الجامعي لمنصة بروغراس؟
- مامدى مساهمة منصة موودل في الحصول على الدروس وتحميلها؟
والاعتماد على المنهج الكمي من خلال الوصف والتحليل وكان مجتمع بحثنا طلبة شعبة الاعلام والاتصال وعينة عرضية والاعتماد على الاستبيان لعينة مكونة من 120 مبحوث توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها:
- مجالات التي يستخدمها الطالب عند الولوج إلى منصة بروغراس هو مجال اطلاع على نتائج، والاطلاع على المستجدات دون التنقل إلى الجامعة.
- تساهم منصة موودل في الوصول إلى الدروس وتحميلها، كما أن المعلومات المتوفرة عليها تكون أحيانا كاملة وشاملة.
- على ضوء هذه النتائج التي توصلت الدراسات إليها نوصي بما يلي تحسين شبكة الانترنت- توفير تغطية شاملة وفعالة للانترنت لضمان ولوج سهل لمنصات الرقمية دون انقطاع توفير دورات تكوينية منتظمة لفائدة الطلبة حول كيفية استخدام هذه المنصات
Our study revolves around the role of digital platforms in improving the quality of higher education, using Moodle and Progress as case studies. We addressed the following main research question:
What is the role of digital platforms in enhancing the quality of higher education through Moodle and Progress?
From This, wederived the Following sub-questions:
• What are the areas of use for university students when accessing the Progress platform?
• To what extent does the Moodle platform contribute to accessing and downloading lessons?
The study employed a quantitative methodology based on description and analysis. The research population consisted of students from the Department of Media and Communication, with a convenience sample of 120 participants surveyed through a questionnaire.
The main findings include :
• Students mainly use the Progress platform to check their academic results and stay updated on university announcements without needing to be physically present.
• Moodle helps students access and download course materials, and the information provided on the platform is often comprehensive and complete.
Based on these findings, we recommend the following:
• Improve internet infrastructure by providing widespread and efficient internet coverage to ensure uninterrupted access to digital platforms.
• Offer regular training sessions for students on how to effectively use these platforms.
