Résumé:
التسول الإلكتروني من الظواهر المنتشرة في المجتمعات كافة وتعتبر من أخطر الظواهر، وذلك لما لهذه الظاهرة من آثار السلبية على المجتمعات، حيث إنه من خلال هذه الطريقة يستغل المتسول عاطفة الآخرين للإيقاع في فخه الاحتيالي لتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من المكاسب المادية.
إتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج المسحي الوصفي، وذلك بقصد التعرف عن الظاهرة التي تدرسها وتحديد الوضع الحالي لها والتعرف على جوانب القوة والضعف فيها من أجل معرفة مدى إنتشار هذه الظاهرة أو مدى الحاجة لإحداث تغييرا جزائيا أو أساسيا، وقد استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على ظاهرة التسول الإلكتروني وإشكالاته من خلال الإطار النظري وتحليل وجهة نظر المبحوثين وذلك من خلال الإطار التطبيقي، وإلقاء الضوء على الآثار التي تخلفها هذه الظاهرة خاصة في المجتمع الجزائري.
E-begging is a widespread phenomenon in all societies and is considered one of the most dangerous. This is due to its negative impact on societies. Through this method, beggars exploit the emotions of others to lure them into their fraudulent trap, achieving the greatest possible financial gain.
The current study followed the descriptive analytical approach, with the aim of identifying the phenomenon it is studying, determining its current status, and identifying its strengths and weaknesses in order to know the extent of the spread of this phenomenon or the duration of the need to make a punitive or fundamental change. This study aimed to identify the phenomenon of electronic begging and its problems through a theoretical framework, analyze the point of view of the respondents through an applied framework, and shed light on the effects of this phenomenon, especially in Algerian society.
