Résumé:
Ce projet de fin d'études porte sur l’étude de la modernisation de la route nationale reliant deux wilayas de Relizane à Tiaret, deux agglomérations stratégiques de l'ouest algérien.
La première phase du projet a consisté à faire un diagnostic approfondi de la route existante, en analysant les points faibles en termes de géométrie. Plusieurs enjeux ont été identifiés, tels que les courbes serrées, les pentes brusques et les intersections dangereuses, qui représentent un danger pour les usagers,
En réponse à ces problématiques, une proposition de modernisation a été élaborée, un projet d’évitement pour détourner le trafic lourd et réduire la congestion dans les zones urbaines, en créant une nouvelle voie qui contourne les principales agglomérations.
Ce projet de modernisation, une fois mis en œuvre, contribuera à renforcer les liens entre Relizene et Tiaret, à favoriser le développement économique de la région, et à améliorer la qualité de vie des usagers de la route.

يركز مشروع التخرج هذا على تحديث الطريق الوطني الرابط بين ولايتي غليزان وتيارت، وهما مدينتان استراتيجيتان في غرب الجزائر.
تألفت المرحلة الأولى من المشروع من تقييم معمق للطريق الحالي، وتحليل نقاط الضعف من حيث الهندسة واللافتات والسلامة المرورية. وتم تحديد العديد من المشاكل، مثل المنحنيات الضيقة والمنحدرات الشديدة والتقاطعات الخطرة، والتي تشكل خطرًا على مستخدمي الطريق.
واستجابةً لهذه المشاكل، تم وضع مقترح تحديث: مشروع تحويلي لتحويل حركة المرور الكثيفة وتقليل الازدحام في المناطق الحضرية من خلال إنشاء مسار جديد يتجاوز المدن الرئيسية.
سيساعد مشروع التحديث هذا، بعد تنفيذه، على تعزيز الروابط بين غليزان وتيارت، وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية للمنطقة، وتحسين نوعية حياة مستخدمي الطريق.

Abstract
This graduation project focuses on the modernization of the national road linking two wilayas, Relizane and Tiaret, two strategic cities in western Algeria.
The first phase of the project involved an in-depth assessment of the existing road, analyzing its geometry weaknesses. Several challenges were identified, such as tight curves, steep slopes, and dangerous intersections, which pose a hazard to road users.
In response to these issues, a modernization proposal was developed: a bypass project to divert heavy traffic and reduce congestion in urban areas by creating a new route that bypasses major urban areas.
This modernization project, once implemented, will help strengthen ties between Relizane and Tiaret, promote the region's economic development, and improve the quality of life for road users.
