يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد دور التمارين العلاجية في الحد من أعراض التهاب المفاصل من وجهة نظر المرضى، والتعرف على مدى ممارسة مرضى التهاب المفاصل للتمارين العلاجية.
ولأجل ذلك إتبعنا المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح بالإعتماد على إستبيان موجه المرضى المصابين بالتهاب المفاصل، حيث تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (28) مريض من مركز اعادة التأهيل الوظيفي "واد الحدائق" بمستغانم.
وتمثلت أهم نتائج البحث في أن غالبية المرضى يلتزمون بممارسة التمارين العلاجية بدرجات متفاوتة، وأن التمارين العلاجية تساعد بشكل ملحوظ في التقليل من حدة الألم وعدد نوبات ظهوره.
Research Title:
The Role of Therapeutic Exercises in Reducing Arthritis Symptoms from the Patients' Perspective
This research aims to determine the role of therapeutic exercises in reducing arthritis symptoms from the patients' perspective, and to identify the extent to which arthritis patients practice therapeutic exercises.
To achieve this, the descriptive survey method was followed, relying on a questionnaire directed to patients with arthritis. The study sample consisted of (28) patients from the "Oued El Hadayek" Functional Rehabilitation Center in Mostaganem.
The most important findings of the research were that the majority of patients adhere to practicing therapeutic exercises to varying degrees, and that therapeutic exercises significantly help in reducing the intensity of pain and the number of times it occurs.
