Abstract

This work is inscribed in the cadre the matronal of study botanical is to investigate saharian plants used tremendously in our folk medicines, whose In spite of the numerous studies so far carried out on the considered plant.the aims of this work is study phytochemicals and biological activities antibacterial of Artemisia herba alaba, Hammada scoparia, Zygophyllum album, Peganum harmala. The phytochemical screening contains the flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, saponosides, and reducing compounds. The crude extracts methanolic were obtained by maceration (EM). Antibacterial activity assay toward two bacterial strains Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The results revealed that two bacterial strains an interessante sensitivity in different concentrations of ours extracts (with inhibition zones variable at 25mm from08 mm for Escherichia coli; between 30mm and 10 mm for Staphylococcus aureus).
