Abstract

The complicated pregnancies of diabetes preexistent, or appeared during the pregnancy gestational diabetes mellitus, remain pregnancies at the risk of materno-foetal complications. Hyperglycemia is implicated in the pathogenesis of these complications. Other factors still badly known could also be implied. Because of its frequency and its risks to the mother and the unborn child, diabetic pregnancy is a public health problem. The objective of this work is to determine some plasma biochemical parameters (glucose, cholesterol , triglycerides, creatinin and ure) in mothers reach gestational diabetes and witness they fetals. Our results show that diabetes is gestational lead to increased plasma levels of glucose and triglyceride , cholesterol levels in mothers,but aucun different their newborns. In conclusion, gastationnel diabétes is a complicated diséase due to a metabolic abnormality necessitates preventive and curative management.
