The fondamental aim of our study is to evaluate the antifongical and antibacterial activity of the methanolic extract of three plants from solanacees family, there are Ruta chalpensis, Ruta angustifolia and Haplophyllum tuberculatum. This activity is destinated for e series of tomato pathogens which are Fusarium oxysporum, Alternaria solani, Botrytis cinerea and the bacteria Pectubacterium carotovorum.
This test spends up on two main concerns, the first consist of evaluating the chemical composition by professional methods. The second consist of pooting the methanolic extract in interaction with microorganism choised in order to estimate their antimicrobian potential. All this experiment is investigated in an aspect of biological control. Now in both cases there are many physical and biological facters that should be considered.
In this order we have elaborated our protocol and we have obtained good results; the most important was about Botrytis cinerea which reveled a high sensibility with a 100% of inhibition percentage at a CMI of 0.02g/ml. Fusarium oxysporum has also reveled a high sensibility with an inhibition of 100% of its growth at a CMI of 0.08g/ml of Ruta angustifolia extract. |
