Résumé:
The present work aims to study the tolerance towards salinity on the morphological, physiological and biochemical parameters in the bean Vicia faba L.
The proposed work allows to study the plant (bean) Vicia faba .L conducted in an NaCl saline medium of three treatments at concentrations 0, 100 and 200meq / l during 75days on biometric parameters (determination of the number of leaves, stem height (HT), and root length (LR)), physiological parameters (relative water content (RWC), and biochemical parameters ((proline (PRLN) (μg / g MF), soluble sugars (SS ) (μg / g MF), pigment concentration (Chlr.A, Chlr.B, Chlr.A + B, CRTN), and total protein level).
The results obtained showed that the bean species Vicia faba.L is sensitive to salinity at concentrations of 200meq / l. It has also been recorded that salt stress has led to biometric, physiological and biochemical disturbances affecting very highly all the studied parameters.
From our results, we observed after the application of stress, the relative water content (RWC), the number of leaves, elongation of plant stems, the length of roots, the content of chlorophyll a; b; (a + b) t carotenoid, and the protein content are decreased as the concentration of salt stress (NaCl) increases, by cons the content of soluble sugars, and the proline content are increased. So, it can be said that the soluble sugar content and the proline content are indicators of salinity.
