Abstract

Our work focused on two sparts. The first is the study of the influence of abiotic factors (environment, temperature, humidity, pH & light) on mycelia growth and sporulation. The second concerns the study of the activity of the poly-phenolic extract from a medicinal plant and aromatic Marrubium vulgare (Lamiaceae), "in vitro" The results of the study of the influence of abiotic factors have enabled us to finish the optimum conditions for good growth and sporulation of mycelia Fusarium sp. The test results "in vitro" effect of the extract on the mycelia growth and sporulation shows that the extract have not a remarkable efficiency against the rates of sporulation inhibition and mycelia growth. A single test was performed (in vivo), showed the aggressiveness of the pathogen isolates on the potato both on tubers and on older plants.
