dc.description.abstract |
Bio-monitoring is large Field So that allows to use bio-indicator to determination quality of water sea , in our study we chose two indicator benthic zone , the echinoid urchin sea P.lividus (Lamarck ,1816) and bivalve mussel M.galloprovincialis (Lamarck, 1819) in two station stidia and sidi majdoub in littoral of mostaganem .
Dissertation take 4 month during in march until June from sampling in each station ,the result was analyst with two print and we present our result in means and standard deviation .
First print physiologic ( index condition ICm, index repletion IRm, index gonad IGm ), the mean variation two index ICm and IRm permit to realize relationship with trophic contribution and increase the two index , Which they found increase intense in the first monthly.
The monthly variation Means IGm indicate the period of spawning in two specie bio-indicator urchin end mussel , they are reproduction in season spring .
Second bio- contamination chemical way by bio-accumulate in ppm with heavy metal ( iron Fe , copper Cu, zinc Zn, cadmium Cd , lead Pb) in trace organic gonad male and female to urchin sea P.lividus and tissue male and female of mussel M.galloprovincialis , in dosage heavy metal we use mineralization By damp way and analyze in heavy metal with optical emission spectrometer, in sea urchin we find the dominance by lead Pb metal accumulation on both biotopes, in the mussel and urchin sea of stidia On the other hand we finds dominance by iron Fe on the other urchin in station Sidi majdoub |
