dc.description.abstract |
In this study we tray to develop a methodology using remote sensing and geographical
information systems (GIS) to map zones presenting risks of water erosion in the
Watershed Ain Sefra ,region of NAAMA. And to produce a risk map that can be used as
a reference document of decision-making support for planners. The methodology
presented consists in integrating into a GIS, the factors that control erosion: soil
erodability, rain full erosivity, slope, and vegetation land cover. The derived erosion risk
map shows three areas of vulnerability to water erosion: weak, medium,and high.
This methodology presented in this study can generated for the whole of the region,
where we can find other phenomenon risk of degradation. |
