Résumé:
This study explores the effect of polyphenols of the ethyl acetate extract of propolis (EAP) Tigzirt on some antioxidant status parameters and markers of hepatotoxicity in Wister rat with hepatotoxicity induced epirubicin (EPI ) . A total of 25 rats average weight of males between 200 and 250 g . The rats were divided into 5 groups and receiving EAP or rutin ( as standard flavonoid ) before and after induction of hepatotoxicity by épuribicine by intravenous injection ( i.v. ) . End of the experiment , blood samples were taken by cardiac puncture. The results obtained indicate that in rats subjected to hepatotoxicity and not treated with the extract of propolis ethyl we notice a cholesterol decrease rate , triglyceride , hemoglobin on the one hand and on the other hand an increase in blood sugar, albuminuria , the rate of total protein and also increased biomarkers of hepatotoxicity ( TGP , TGO , PAL, γ -GT) . The effect of polyphenols of ethyl extract of propolis Tigzirt on markers of liver toxicity and oxidative stress appears in rats treated with 200 mg / kg / day where there is an improvement in their blood formula dialing (NSF ) with a decrease of MDA and increased SOD , CAT and hepatic GSH. The ethyl acetate extract polyphenols propolis Tigzirt resets the disruption of homeostasis on the one hand prevention of rat liver dysfunction and secondly maintaining a status redox balance in hepatocytes .
