L’effet de l’épigénétique sur la production de la vache laitière race Montbéliarde

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of epigenetic essentially mastitis and undernourishment and milking frequency on milk production, the quantity point of view on a family farm. The research concerned the milk production followed by 13 dairy cows of the Montbeliarde breed which at the same age and even lactation and body weight that Convergent. The results showed that the epigenetic of mastitis cows significantly influence the average daily milk production, as in the case epigenetic frequency of stroke significantly influences and even epigenetic cow undernourishment significantly influences on the average daily production. Epigenetic marks are involved in the expression of genetic potential (phenotype) are heritable, changeable depending on the environment, and reversible with consequences more or less long term as their paramount importance in breeding.
