Résumé:
The study aims to identify the Contribution of strategic thinking in achieve competitive
advantage, and Identify the availability extent of strategic thinking pillars for top management at
the enterprise of Mechanical Industries and Accessories ORSIM in Oued Rhiou wilaya of Relizane,
Based on the employed analytic descriptive method, besides field study through a Through
personal interviewing and asking questions on top management to collect basic data for the study.
And reaching recommendations which increase interest in strategic thinking, and develop and
improve the level of top management to be able to provide distinct services and products.
Of the main findings, that there is the feotures of strategic thinking in the institutions under
study, but there are obstacles when exercise of its application corretly To achieve a competitive
advantage for the entreprise.
The study concluded to make a number of recommendations designed to confirm the need
to focus on strategic thinkig and make it a platform managers of enterprises, also improving the
skills of managers which related to (Systemic thinking, Visioning, Organizational learning, strategic
vigilance & creativity) because of the high impact of these elements to achieve success of
enterprises.
