For long time the study of marine fungi take a capital interest for the scientific community, where we mark many researches working on this field in divers regions of the world and on several substratum. Many marine Micromyces live on algaes and woods. We find also fungal species on marine plants. Others are isolated from the sand, corals, mollusc’s shells and other marine animals.
In this work we made an inventory of some micromyces existed in tow zones of shellfish growers situated in the oriental littoral of Oran and Mostaganem, for the presence of tow shellfish farms. Two types of samples have been realized: the first concerns a mussel “mytilus galloprovincialis”, the second concerns the sea water. The samples have been done through a sampling each 2 months, during a period of four months (April 2018- July 2018).
Both sites were chosen on accont of the presence of two mullusc farming.
The study of macroscopic aspects and microscopic isolated strains from the sea water and the mussel “mytilus galloprovincialis”, had mentioned the presence of many fungal species.
A total of 139 strain have been isolated where we couldn’t identify 10 different kinds that are:
Penicillium spp. (28.78%), Scopulariopsus Brevicaulis (10.07%), Cladosporium sp. (4.32%), Alternaria sp. (3.6%), Ulocladium sp. (1.44%) and a kind of unidentified mold (3.35%) , Rhodotorula sp. (9.35%) and some yeasts (33.09%) that were also not identified.
The results indicate that the Stidia site represent more important microfongal communities than that of Kristel on the samples of the sea water as well as on the mussel (mytilus galloprovincials). |
