Résumé:
Extracts of the plant have a very developer interest as a potential source of biologically active natural molecules.
It is in this context that our study focuses on the valuation biocides power of Citrus aurantium amara extract, an herbal and aromatic vis-à-vis the aphid Aphisfabaeet bactérie Erwinia carotovora. The extraction is carried out by the Soxhlet method, a kind of maceration content giving a very concentrated extract and a high yield of around 36%.
The results show that the toxicity induced in the insect by the extract of Citrus aurantium is very important, a maximum mortality observed from the first day after application of treatments. In parallel, a high sensitivity is observed for all concentrations chosen in citrus extract on the growth of the bacterium Erwiniacarotovora.
