إستيراتيجية تكوين لاعبي المستوى العالي في المدارس الكروية الجزائرية المحترفة

Abstract

Our study focuses on the training of high level players in Algerian professional football. The objective of the study is to know the strategy of the course of the high level football training, also to identify the conditions and criteria of access to training schools, to study the programming of the training of young people To determine the role of managers and trainers in the training process and, finally, to highlight the importance of providing structures and facilities in line with international standards that ensure good training for young footballers. Through this research we want to contribute to the regulation of football training in Algeria on everything that the state is interested in the training of future footballers. The study was conducted on professional clubs from central and eastern Algeria, or a questionnaire was sent to the players, coaches and managers of premier league clubs. By using the descriptive method we got the following results: The course footballers must go through several stages because training is one of the main vectors of development for the clubs. The programming of the trainings does not comply with the demands of modern football. The level of management of professional clubs must be high because the new regulations require the leaders to train in order to participate in the training of young high-level players.. In late Algerian clubs have aging speakers and maladaptive playgrounds in modern football. To contribute to the development of the Algerian Football recommended the training of high-level players must go through sports training centers, the training of programming must follow the scientific concept, continuous training of management must be at the project responsible for sport Algerians and by all means it is necessary to build modern sports arenas..................Notre étude se focalise sur la formation des joueurs de haut niveau au sein du football professionnel algérien. L’objectif de l’étude est de vouloir savoir la stratégie du parcours de la formation footballistique de haut niveau, aussi d'identifier les conditions et critères d’accès aux écoles de formation, d'étudier la programmation de l’entrainement des jeunes footballeurs, de déterminer le rôle des gestionnaires et des formateurs dans le processus de formation et en fin mettre en évidence l'importance de la mise à disposition des structures et des installations conformes aux normes internationales qui assurent une bonne formation pour les jeunes footballeurs. A travers cette recherche nous voulons contribuer à la régulation de la formation footballistique en Algérie, sur tout que l’état s’intéresse à la formation des futures footballeurs. L’étude a été menée sur les clubs professionnels du centre et l’est algérien, où un questionnaire a été envoyé aux joueurs, entraineurs et gestionnaires des clubs de la première ligue. Par l’utilisation de la méthode descriptive nous sommes arrivés aux résultats suivants : Le parcours des footballeurs doit passer par plusieurs étapes car la formation est un des principaux vecteurs de développement pour les clubs. La programmation des entrainements n’est pas conforme aux exigences du football moderne. Le niveau de la gestion des clubs professionnels doit être élevé car la nouvelle réglementation oblige les dirigeants à se former afin de participer à la formation des jeunes joueurs de haut niveau. En fin Les clubs algériens possèdent des enceintes vieillissantes et des terrains de jeux mal adaptés au football moderne . Afin de contribuer au développement du football algérien nous recommandons que la formation des footballeurs de haut niveau doit passer par des centres de formation sportive, ainsi la programmation de l’entrainement doit suivre les notions scientifiques, la formation continue de l’encadrement doit être au projet des responsables du sport algérien et par touts les moyens il faut construire des enceintes sportives modernes ....................تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على تكوين اللاعبين في المستوى العالي بمدارس كرة القدم الجزائرية المحترفة، والتعرف على شروط ومعايير الالتحاق بتلك المدارس، دراسة وضعية برامج تكوين وتدريب الناشئين ودور المسيرين والمدربين في العملية التكوينية ثم إبراز أهمية توفير الهياكل والمنشآت الرياضية. كان الغرض من دراستنا معالجة قضية تكوين لاعبي المستوى العالي في مدارس كرة القدم المحترفة خاصة في ظل الاهتمام الكبير من قبل الدولة بتطوير كرة القدم الجزائرية بعد دخولها عالم الاحتراف، وبالنسبة لعينة البحث فتتمثل في لاعبي ومدربي ومسيري المدارس الكروية المحترفة للوسط والشرق الجزائري، تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية وقدرت نسبتها 76.85 بالمائة بالنسبة للاعبين تحت سن الثامنة عشر، 79.04 بالمائة بالنسبة للمدربين وقدرت عينة الدراسة بالنسبة للمسيرين 90.94 بالمائة، حيث وزعنا استبيانا خاصا للاعبين وأخر للمدربين وثالث للمسيرين . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشروط والمعايير الموضوعة للعملية التكوينية غير كافية، وأن برمجة التدريب غير مناسبة لرفع مستوى اللاعبين، كما أن مساهمة التأطير في التكوين في المستوى العالي غير كافية وأن المنشآت التي تستعملها النوادي في المستوى العالي تشكل عائقا كبيرا للتكوين المناسب للاعبي المستوى العالي، لذلك يرى الباحث أن أهم الاقتراحات التي قد تساهم في نجاح التكوين في مجال كرة القدم تتمثل في فتح مراكز تكوين، تطبيق برامج تدريبية مستوحات من الطرق العلمية، رفع مستوى تكوين المكونين وبناء المنشآت المناسبة للعملية التكوينية.
