تقييم إسهامات بعض عناصر منظومة البيئة المدرسية في توفير شروط التربية الابداعية في المجال الرياضي لدى التلاميذ المتفوقين بالتعليم المتوسط

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى إسهامات بعض عناصر البيئة المدرسية في توفير شروط التربية الابداعية في المجال الرياضي لدى التلاميذ المتفوقين بالتعليم المتوسط ، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم المتوسط حيث قدر تعدادهم بـ70 استاذ من ولاية مستغانم ، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان للإستطلاع الرأي مكون من اربع محاور رئيسة و قد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة ان: - منهاج ت.ب ر في التعليم المتوسط لا يساعد على تنمية القيم الإبداعية لدى التلاميذ المتفوقين. - مدرس التربية البدنية يساهم في تنمية القيم الإبداعية بدرس ت.ب.ر لدى التلاميذ المتفوقين. - الأنشطة الصفية و اللاصفية تساهم بقدر فعال في تنمية القيم الإبداعية لدى التلاميذ المتفوقين وقد قام الباحثون بوضع بعض التوصيات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة:  تهيئة الظروف البيئة المدرسية المناسبة للمتفوقين وفق الإمكانات المتاحة مع توفير سبل الرعاية المناسبة لضمان أكبر قدر ممكن من التميز في أدائهم.
