Abstract of the study :
Accor ding to specialty « sience of action and human action » and through discovery of the importance of teaching ways in revolting the skills of the pupile, and developing his physical abihties , on research problem is the effeteness of teaching with the resipral and the orderly stile in improving the physical stills of the long jump.
It’s ami was about recognizing how das both stiles effect on improving the physical skills of the long jump , because of this we invade an exam shows that both of the resiprale and the style effect positively on developing the level of the physical performance of the long jump for the resipral style, to realize this study , 50pupils were chosen from first year , the high school of ahmed zabana –tiaret- there ages are between 15-17 years , they were divided on to equal examined groups to compare between them according to the style of teaching , we used the orderly style with the 1st group and the resiprale style with the 2nd , the sample was chosen randomly , its percentage is 16% .
After the practical studies from three chapters we talked abaut the research sides thene we get through studies in order to make the research problem more stronge , thene a basis study used on it the experimental method to fit nature of the study , after making the exams and gather the results by using statistic tool fit with the nature of the lesson we deduce that teaching by the styles reciprale and orderly in physical science has positive impact in raising the level of physical performance in long jump , researchers adviced with the recessaty of working with the modern teaching styles ints sport, and get rid of randomly privacy in teaching , the teacher has to combine with all the general caractaristcs of pupil, to take it into concederation in choosing the perfect style with fits with practical elements and its special needs for achieve the wanted
