| dc.description.abstract | استهدفت الدراسة اختبار العلاقة بين تطبيق إدارة المعرفة كمقاربة فكرية وتطوير الإبداع الإداري بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة فقد تم توزيع مجموعة من الاستبانات التي تم تصميمها لفحص متغيرات الدراسة على عينة متكونة من (70) موظفاً وموظفة يعملون في وكالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية عين الدفلى، وقد بلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة والصالحة للتحليل (59) استبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تتبنى تطبيق مقاربة إدارة المعرفة على معظم المصالح والأقسام الإدارية. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية مابين إدارة المعرفة (عمليات إدارة المعرفة) وتطوير الابداع الاداري بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر | en_US |
