Résumé:
The true pistachio is a hardy species that adapts to the conditions of the most disadvantaged environments. It makes it possible to value very fragile lands.
Our study was carried out at the ITAFV Tighenif on the germination of four Achouri, Batouri, Neb djmel and Adjmi varieties, one sowing in two deferent media (nursery and field), the seeds were stratified and the parameters measured after germination are: the length of the stems and the number of leaves of each variety, The results obtained reveal that the medium has a significant effect on the length of the stems and a significant differentiation between the number of leaves in the two media, its values are not homogeneous for the different media and a high germination rate in the Batouri variety with a precocity of germination in the broken seeds of Neb djmel.
In conclusion, there is a gap of 10 days of germination expensive nursery environment in the field and a high germination rate in the variety Batouri in two environments (nursery and field) compared to other varieties.
