Résumé:
This topic aims to study the reality of tourism investments in Algeria. In our study we relied on a set
of national statistics issued by the Algerian Ministry of Tourism until the end of 2017. Through our
study we concluded that the reality of the tourism sector in Algeria has known several strategic
development projects, In the recent period, most of which were in the various investments and
projects for tourism, which the state has programmed in order to develop its economy and increase
its revenues, but in fact this sector is still facing many problems, which hinder its growth, most
notably problems are administration and finance, but these problems can be overcomed if there is
a vision of a specific investment strategy by decision-makers in Algeria, and a strong will to
promote this kind of areas, which has become the focus of the economic process.
