dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to study information technology and its role in improving the performance of the human resource. The main objective of the study was to demonstrate the impact of the use of information technology on the performance of the human resource at the Algerian University Abd Hamid Ibn Badis (Mostaganem). The researcher used analytical method of descriptive approach to detect the impact of information technology on performance. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the impact of information technology on performance of the institution and In light of these results, the two studies recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the establishment of the institution to keep up with the modern and advanced information and communication technology in the world, As well as the definition of modern information technology concepts and their importance and benefits and areas of use. en_US
