dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify the reality of both the strategic leadership and the organizational culture in Algerian institution ,as well as the knowledge of the strategic leadership styles and organizational culture prevailing in the organization , and the relationship between these two variable by using the case study of Algeria telecom “agency Sidi Ali", based on the descriptive analytical approach to this study .finally, we concluded that the strategic leader played a very important role in spreading the concept of organizational culture ,we also reached an understanding of the impact of strategic leadership and its contribution to the development of the organizational culture. We have relied on book ,scientific papers and scientific journals to obtain the information in this paper. en_US
