Management the human resources has become of the most important management functions
in organization in the present day ,because of their active role in raising the performance of
the members of the organization ,to the consensus of the owners of management though that
the human element is the most important resource for organizations of modern, which is the
primary determinant of the success of any organization , institutions and public administration
in Algeria ,one of the Basic Law-General who governs and regulates the functioning of ,where
the Basic Lan –General of the civil service N° 06-03 DATED 19 jumada² 1427 15 July 2006
is the last of these Laws . |
