Banking marketing is one of the most important means to improve the relationship with the
customer, in which it is considered as a link between the bank and the customer. It has an
effective role in achieving the objectives and profitability of the bank that can only be
achieved by bringing as many customers as possible and satisfy their needs and desires as
well as get their satisfaction and connect them with the bank as long as possible in order to
reach its goals and objectives. This fact makes it necessary to follow effective policies and
strategies to ensure a prominent position for the bank in the market.
