dc.description.abstract Through our research we try to clarify the relationship between job analysis and job satisfaction with the employee as we came to the job analysis is the cornerstone for setting a strategy that the institution follows in the conduct of the career path to achieve a kind of satisfaction as the analysis process provides the general framework of the job by describing the job accurately, as well as setting specifications For the job holder, what leads to dependence on the analysis process in planning, recruitment, appointment, promotion, wage system, training and training, performance evaluation and human maintenance system and all these uses lead to employee satisfaction or dissatisfaction and complain, the job analysis uses to match job specifications With employee specifications and matching between the two situations lead to some kind of job satisfaction. In the field study of the institution under study was done on relying on a personal interview with the branch directors and distributing 40 questionnaires to the employees, and accordingly we concluded that there is a large degree of satisfaction with them and this is due to the conformity between their specifications and job specifications en_US
