Résumé:
The study conducted on the population dynamics of the olive psyllid Euphyllura olivina, on the olive variety Sigoise, in the daïra of Hassi Mamèche 9 km south-east of Mostaganem from February to March 2020, according to Random samples (zigzag shape) revealed that the different life stages of this pest was present at the site of the experiment throughout the study period in varying numbers. The direction and arrangement of the branches on the tree has shown a significant effect on the infection rates of this pest. The results obtained also made it possible to note the importance of abiotic factors such as climatic conditions, in particular temperature and biotics as the auxiliaries which control the regulation of the population of insects studied.
