"School administration models and their relationship to quality of life at work"
Abstract:
The study aimed to reveal the relationship between school management patterns and the
quality of work life for secondary education teachers, The study sample reached (41)
professors from secondary education, including (30) professors and (11) professors. The
sample was chosen using a non-probability sampling method (intentional sample), they
were randomly chosen using the study as a descriptive approach, and we adopted two
questionnaires for measuring patterns School administration and quality of work life, and
we did statistical treatment of study hypotheses using the Statistical Package for Social
Sciences (SPSS).
We have reached results, including:
- There are no statistically significant differences between the average grades of secondary
education teachers in the measure of the quality of work life due to the gender and
specialty of teaching variables.
- There is a statistically significant correlation between the patterns of school
administration and the quality of work life for secondary education teachers.
