dc.description.abstract |
This study aims to research the topic of the role of strategic management in the development of human resources in economic institutions, which embodies the need to develop an integrated strategy for the management of human resources that includes adaptation to the rapid changes in the environment surrounding the institution. During our field study, we discussed the great importance that the Mostaganem Port Corporation attaches to the development and development of competencies and skills for its human resources by setting an annual plan for all formations and training for all workers groups. The results indicated that effective strategic management is an imperative necessity for the institutions of our time to raise the efficiency of the human resource, and the interest of institutions in their human resources as a result of awareness of the importance of the resource as a strategic asset, as well as for the Port of Mostaganem Foundation, it emphasizes the need to raise the competencies and skills of its human resource to be He has the ability to value and run the institution and to reach its future goals |
