dc.description.abstract This study aims to stand and identify the importance of the diversification strategy in achieving competitive advantage, and its importance also in ensuring continuity and expansion through what we touched upon in our study of the importance of diversification and its types represented in coherent and unconnected and internal and external and horizontal and The vertical and the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy and the Quik Silver Company's use of it. We targeted the most important elements and criteria to judge their quality and the foundations of its construction from determinants, sources and studies of the Coca-Cola company. * We also concluded that the diversification strategy plays an important role in achieving the competitive advantage through its contribution to affecting the profitability and competitive position and the competitive strategy of the organization.
