dc.description.abstract The main objective of this study is to study the impact of the quality of health services on improving the work performance of workers in the hospital institution by carrying out a field study in the hospital institution specializing in mental illness of Mostaganem. To do this, a questionnaire was used to obtain the point of view of the employees of the establishment in particular the doctors, nurses and administrator on the impact of the dimensions of the quality of the health services combined on the work performance, the study revealed that providing all dimensions of health quality services to workers in particular the tangible dimension and working to develop their capacities through training and motivation leads to improving their performance and therefore increasing performance of the institution. en_US
