dc.description.abstract The term efficiency is a new dimension imposed by economic variables. It is closely linked to the human component, which is important to the institution. In the case of any institution, hospital institutions work hard to obtain highly experienced human skills, because they have a great influence on the functioning of these institutions. We have noticed that the better the staff is managed and the better they can develop through training courses, the better the efficiency of the workers, and thus the better they can, which in turn increases the performance of the institution and provides a good health service. en_US
